This course, takes you on a journey so that you can see where pressure impacts on you, your team or child, during the performance cycle in sport. The course introduces you to a number of tools, techniques and our maps, ensuring you get exposed to those all important skills, which will help you to 'Perform Under Pressure' when it's most needed. It's important to remember you are learning new skills, and these will need to be practiced.
