"FULL" Online Mindset Skills Course

For Athletes, Teachers, Coaches, Teams & Parents who want to understand why pressure impacts on us when we least expect it too, what we can do to stay on task and appreciate the impact this has, in every stage of our 'Performance' cycle.

This 5 Module course is great for those who like to learn independently, at their own pace and who don’t need any coaching. This course will introduce you to the importance of developing your mindset skills whilst understanding why they play a critical part of the overall sports performance equation. Pressure is all around us, and it hits us when we are least expecting it. So, wouldn't it be great if we could not only deal with pressure, but learn how to control our emotions, stay focused and think correctly when needed. This course, takes you on a journey so that you can see where pressure impacts on you, your team or child, during the performance cycle in sport. The course introduces you to a number of tools, techniques and our maps, ensuring you get exposed to those all important skills, which will help you to 'Perform Under Pressure' when it's most needed. It's important to remember you are learning new skills, and these will need to be practiced.

Module 1

"Understanding Pressure"

We all need to understand the importance of developing strong Self-Awareness and reflection skills so that we can determine what drives our performance and what stops us from performing.

Andy Key

I'm Andy Key and I have been an Elite Performance Coach for over 20 years. My background is in Rugby Union having been involved with Leicester Tigers as their Head of Rugby Development and 1st team coach, Leeds Carnegie as Director of Rugby and Bedford RFC as Head Coach. Over this period the one thing that has underpinned my coaching, is knowing that to succeed at any level, a strong Mindset is required. Using my experiences gained in Rugby, I now support athletes, parents, coaches and teams at all levels, from all sports, with a range of courses to show them how they can develop these necessary Mindset skills to perform at the highest level possible.
